What has Black Dance been working on recently?

We are continuing to test and refine our products while also working hard to reduce costs. In the future, we hope to offer more affordable, ready-made options. This will require producing larger quantities so we can renegotiate with our suppliers. Our goal is to provide you with the highest-quality materials possible, and we are not willing to compromise on quality.

When will we be able to purchase the products?

We’re aiming for the end of September! We’re still testing to make sure everything is perfect. Stay tuned and follow us for updates.

How do I order personal-fitted pointe shoes?

Check our Instagram Story or the pinned post on TikTok for the latest instructions.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. We may reach out afterward to collect additional sizing info—so keep an eye out!

How long will it take for my personal-fitted pointe shoes to arrive?

Please allow at least 1 month for your shoes to arrive. Each pair is freshly made to order, with care and precision.

If you're ordering for a child, we typically leave a bit of extra room in the fit to accommodate that. You’re welcome to include special requests during the personal fitting process. We’ll do our best to meet your needs.

What is your refund policy?

We accept refunds for bag charms and pencil cases as long as they’re new and unused within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for personal fitted pointe shoes, as each pair is custom-made to fit you personally.
